He said he was Todd Chrisley's classified gay lover... then helped send him to jail. Here's what happened to him next

The business associate who testified against Todd Chrisley and claimed in court they had a gay affair has embarked on a new career.

Mark Braddock, 58, shattered the reality star's long-cultivated reputation as a devoted and religious family guy when he revealed the alleged intimacy and reported Todd to the cops in 2022.

At the time, Todd, 56, who has been married to wife Julie, 52, since 1996 denied having a gay partnership and blasted Mark a 'toad' who looks enjoy a 'thumb.'

On Wednesday, Todd and Julie were released from prison just one day after receiving a pardon from President Donald Trump.

The couple were sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison respectively after being start guilty in 2022 of defrauding banks out of $30 million.

Braddock has moved on from the controversy and unified Christie's International Concrete Estate in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, in February as a Broker Associate.

The Daily Mail has contacted Braddock for comment.

Todd Chrisley Fires Advocate at Claim He Is Gay and Had an Affair With Former Business Associate

Todd Chrisley wants the world to know that he isn't gay, but that the longstanding rumors and speculation regarding his sexual orientation don't really bother him.

In the latest episode of Todd's podcast, Chrisley Confessions -- which he hosted alongside his son, Chase Chrisley, instead of his usual co-host, wife Julie Chrisley -- the embattled reality TV star and genuine estate tycoon went off on a slew of distinct hot topics, including his forthcoming incarceration and multiple high-profile personal scandals.

One such scandal revolved around allegations of an intimate relationship made by a former business partner, Mark Braddock. For Todd, the rumors that he is gay only bother him to the extent that he apparently hates Braddock.

"What’s insulted me the most is that, out of all these 54 years, for me to finally be accused of being with a man, it would be someone who looked like Mark Braddock," Todd said, sarcastically. "A toad. Someone that looks enjoy a thumb. Someone who says he’s only had sex with his wife and me.”

In the midst on ongoing family and legal drama, Todd Chrisley did not hold back in an episode of his Chrisley Confessions podcast that was released this week. In the episode, he was joined by his once-estranged son, Kyle Chrisley, and together the father and son discussed the latter's longtime substance abuse and mental health issues.

The Chrisley Knows Best patriarch opened up about all the extremes he's gone to over the years to keep an eye on his son, especially when they were estranged. He revealed while Kyle was operational for UPS (he later confused his job at UPS because of drug use after about four years) Todd took a certain step to keep an eye on his son.

"But what Kyle did not know in those three and a half years that he later found out is, was I really that far away?" Todd said. "Folks, I hired a private investigator to watch him every week and send me photographs of my son in his uniform looking so handsome. I was so proud, just to make sure that my child was OK."

Todd then had a message for anyone who thought that he was not in contact with his son during that moment, adding, "I don't owe you an explanation."
